<p><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="13">We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on </span><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="14">Sales Director</span><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="15"> to work with multiple portfolio companies. This is a critical </span><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="16">player-coach</span><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="17"> role where you will be responsible for both hitting an individual sales quota and building the foundation of our high-performing sales team. You will work directly with Leadership to define the sales strategy, execute key deals, and establish the processes required to scale from early growth into the mainstream market.</span></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated"><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="20">Manage the full sales cycle for strategic, mid-market accounts and partnership opportunities, consistently achieving an individual sales quota.</span></li>
<li class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated"><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="21">Act as a sales process model, setting the standard for pipeline management, product demonstration, and closing strategy.</span></li>
<li class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated"><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="23">Develop and implement the annual sales strategy, GTM plan, and pricing strategy in alignment with company revenue targets.</span></li>
<li class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated"><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="24">Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a growing team of Account Executives (AEs).</span></li>
<li class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated"><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="25">Define sales processes, structure, and CRM/forecasting standards to ensure efficiency and executive visibility into pipeline and revenue contribution.</span></li>
<li class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated"><span class="appsElementsGenerativeaiAstAnimated" data-ast-node-id="26">Communicate cross-functionally to help the whole team iterate on approach, flex to market changes, and learn from each other to tackle the MidMarket segment</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years closing experience and 3 years leadership experience</li>
<li>Proven success in meeting and exceeding both personal and team revenue targets. Experience selling into SMB and MM segments at B2B SaaS startups </li>
<li>Mastery of sales methodologies and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical ability to manage sales data, accurately forecast, and optimize the sales funnel.</li>
<li> An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset comfortable in a high-growth startup environment. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li>
<li> History of quota overachievement and clear metrics to back this up</li>
