What You’ll Do:
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Assist with daily living, skill-building, and personal care
Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Work as part of a compassionate, collaborative team
What You Need:
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly
This position requires proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the language effectively.
Important Notes:
On-Call positions are temporary and do not include state benefits.

On-Call positions are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per month. 16 of those hours will be required on the weekend, which falls between 2:30pm on Friday and 6:45am on Monday morning.
Wages: Developmental Technician I (Part Time/On-Call) - $16.124/hour - Plus an additional $3 for every hour worked & shift differential!

Training typically runs Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM - but we know life doesn't always fit neatly into those hours! That's why we're offering more flexible options.
If you already have an active CNA license on the Nebraska registry, you can complete your training in the evenings/weekends.
If you're not yet licensed, you'll attend a week of ICF DD Nursing assistant class Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age, and possess a valid driver's license.
Other:
Positions classified to this class may be exposed to infectious waste, diseases and blood and airborne pathogens such as TB, HIV and Hepatitis.
Incumbents are required to have the ability to lift, bend, push and/or pull 50 pounds on a continuous basis to assist clients in meeting their needs and maintaining safety within the home.
