Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Director / Producer who can lead ideas from concept to final output. This role blends creative thinking with strong production sense. The person will shape campaign ideas, guide the creative team, and manage shoots and content production across digital and branded formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of campaign ideas, branded content, and digital formats
• Write and shape concepts, scripts, and creative directions for films, social media content, and campaigns
• Work closely with writers, designers, editors, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Plan and supervise shoots, including pre production, on set execution, and post production
• Present ideas and concepts clearly to clients and internal teams
• Ensure the final output matches the creative vision and brand goals
• Manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules
• Guide and mentor junior creative team members

Required Skills

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
• Experience with campaign development, digital content, and film production
• Ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects
• Good understanding of production workflows including scripting, shooting, and editing
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in advertising, digital media, or production
• Experience working on branded content, campaigns, or digital shows
• Background in film, media, advertising, or communications is a Must
