Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automatic Door Field Technician based in Calgary, AB. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining automatic doors to meet safety and operational standards. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining documentation of service activities, and adhering to safety protocols. Collaboration with teams and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems.
• Technical Competencies: Knowledge of tools, hardware, and techniques related to automatic door systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and address customer concerns effectively.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and regulations to ensure safe operations on-site.
