The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. Associates spend one day each week engaging in experiential learning with Stand Together Fellowships and work at one of our many partner organizations the rest of the week. The New Civil Liberties Alliance is a nonpartisan, nonprofit civil rights law firm dedicated to protecting constitutional freedoms from violations by the Administrative State. Through strategic litigation, public education, and media engagement, NCLA strives to foster a new civil liberties movement that will help restore Americans’ fundamental rights.

About the Role

NCLA is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and expand our presence across major digital platforms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who understands how ideas move online and can translate complex legal issues into clear, compelling content.

This is an in-person role based in Arlington, VA. This position will report to the Vice President of Communications and Marketing.
