HR Recruiter – Immediate Joiners

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role is ideal for immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct telephonic and initial interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates and close positions
• Maintain recruitment trackers and database
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• 0–1 year experience / Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
