We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Store Manager who can lead day-to-day store operations while delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. Lead and supervise a small team to ensure smooth store functioning. Maintain high standards of store hygiene, merchandising, and visual presentation. Deliver a premium customer experience and build long-term customer relationships. Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, SKU reconciliation, and store coordination. Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, quality standards, and cash reconciliation processes. Support local marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve store performance continuously. Candidate Requirements: MBA/PGDM/PGPM or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience in retail, hospitality, premium FMCG, grocery, café, or customer-facing operations. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. Professional personality with strong ownership and operational discipline. Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends, and festive retail operations.
