Role Description

The Operations Coach is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area. This role involves mentoring and supporting teams to enhance operational performance and efficiency. The Operations Coach will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, facilitating training sessions, and monitoring team progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute operational plans effectively.
