Commercial: Store-level Commercial Compliance

1. Verify store level transactions periodically to ensure zero deviation from defined procedure

2. Audit store inventory, regularly conduct physical stock verification (PSV) at the store level, report missing inventory & initiate suitable actions.

3. Take a daily count of SKUs to tally system generated report with the inputs provided by store staff.

4. Ensure revenue is booked as per defined procedure.

5. Ensure customer verification is done as per defined procedure with the help of proper identification documents (UIDAI / PAN /declaration letter etc.)

6. Handle critical customer complaints related to commercial compliance and close all pending cases as quickly as possible.

Commercial: Training & Development

1. Train cashiers periodically on new payment procedures & statutory / regulatory norms etc.

2. Keep a check & provide proper guidance to cashiers & store staff in the areas related to compliance, stock reconciliation & customer verification.

Commercial: Store Support & Process Improvement

1. Ensure POS system & master data is updated regularly

2. Develop weekly & monthly dashboards, provide monthly MIS & special reports to store manager and Business Associate as per requirement

3. Provide requisite support to the store staff during exhibitions / road shows / new product launch, prepare revenue reports for regional commercial team during such events

4. Discover new ways to make store level commercial processes more efficient & less time consuming, drive the same during regional meets
