Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial data, prepare MIS reports, and deliver monthly/quarterly performance insights.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
  • Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability studies for decision‑making.
  • Assist with month‑end closing activities, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue trends, cost drivers, and highlight deviations to management.
  • Prepare dashboards, financial presentations, and management review packs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Support internal audits, compliance checks, and process documentation.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement in reporting efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, FP&A processes, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in

Advanced Excel

,

Power BI/Tableau (preferred), and

financial modelling

.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
  • Good communication skills to present insights clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate across teams.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Commerce, MBA (Finance).
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance roles.
