Financial Analyst - Founders Office - Bangalore

Role: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A Analyst)

Location: Bangalore (Indiranagar)

Experience: 2–4 years

This isn’t a back-office finance role. You’ll work closely with founders, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive real-time decisions, improve margins, and unlock growth.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze channel & SKU-level performance (MT, Q-Com, D2C, Key Accounts)
• Own budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Drive trade spend ROI & marketing efficiency
• Optimize costs, margins, and pricing decisions
• Build MIS, dashboards & automate reporting
• Support new launches & strategic growth initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Strong business + analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills
• Experience in FMCG / D2C / consumer startups
• Power BI / Tableau / Tally exposure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup
