Field Procurement Specialist (India)

As a Purchase Executive in the field operations at Sri Sai Electroplating Automation Pvt Ltd, your role will involve daily coordination with vendors, material sourcing, and ensuring timely availability of materials for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily field procurement activities for project requirements
• Visit vendors/suppliers for material sourcing, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate material collection and delivery to factory/site
• Ensure proper material verification and handover (in-house & site)
• Maintain solid relationships with local vendors and suppliers
• Track urgent requirements and ensure on-time procurement
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Project)
• Maintain basic records of purchases, invoices, and logistics

Qualifications Required:

• 13 years of experience in procurement / purchase (field role preferred)
• Willingness to travel daily for procurement activities
• Basic knowledge of industrial materials / fabrication items
• Good communication and negotiation skills
