Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Farm Manager specializing in Napier grass cultivation, located in Kavali Mandal. The Farm Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the farm, including planning and implementing farming activities, managing irrigation systems, and ensuring optimal growth of Napier grass. The role also involves supervising labor, maintaining farm equipment, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring the health of crops to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Farm Management and Agriculture experience to oversee operations and maintain productivity
• Irrigation and water management skills for efficient crop cultivation
• Knowledge in Farms management practices, including soil health and crop care
• Experience in Poultry farming as an additional asset to integrate sustainable agricultural practices
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to supervise farm workers and activities effectively
• Ability to handle physical tasks associated with farm management
• Background in agricultural science or a related field is preferred (Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.)
• 3+ years of experience managing forage crops, sugarcane, banana, or similar high‑biomass crops.

Strong knowledge of Napier grass cultivation practices.

• Ability to manage labor teams and farm machinery.
