Senior Account Executive – Eastern Canada (B2B SaaS | $200K+ OTE)

SRA Staffing is exclusively representing a profitable, high-growth Canadian SaaS company scaling across renewable energy, infrastructure, and field operations.

This is a foundational hire as the company moves up-market into more complex, multi-stakeholder deals across North America and Europe.

The platform supports companies in solar, EV, and energy infrastructure — helping field and office teams eliminate operational bottlenecks and scale efficiently.

The Role

This is not a plug-and-play enterprise AE role.

We are looking for a true full-cycle seller who can operate in a lean environment and own deals end-to-end:

  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → close
  • Generate 60–70% of your own pipeline
  • Close $1M+ ARR annually (net new)
  • Run multi-threaded deals across operations and executive stakeholders
  • Sell a configurable, integration-heavy platform (not transactional SaaS)

You need to bring discipline, persistence, and structure — especially in a 3–6 month cycle with multiple stakeholders.

Key Metrics

  • Average Deal Size: $25K–$100K ARR
  • Sales Cycle: 3–6 months
  • Quota: $1M+ ARR
  • OTE: $200K+ (uncapped)

What Good Looks Like

  • 7+ years closing B2B SaaS deals
  • Owned and hit $750K+ ARR quota consistently
  • Strong self-sourced pipeline generation (not marketing-reliant)
  • Experience selling complex / configurable platforms (ERP, FSM, CRM, PM, etc.)
  • Comfortable running multi-threaded, operationally-driven deals

Nice to Have

  • Renewable energy, construction tech, or field service experience
  • Exposure to UK/EU or international sales cycles

Location & Travel

  • Ideally based in Eastern Canada
  • Open to strong candidates across Canada who can support EST + European hours when needed
  • Must be able to travel across North America and internationally without restrictions
