Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in trademark search, filing, and registration processes
• Draft and review legal documents related to trademarks
• Handle trademark prosecution and maintain records
• Coordinate with clients and provide updates on applications
• Conduct legal research related to Intellectual Property

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or relevant field
• Basic knowledge of Trademark Law and Intellectual Property Rights
• Good communication and drafting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• For experienced candidates: Prior experience in trademark filing/prosecution is preferred
