Operations Analyst

<h4>Position Overview:</h4> <ul class=""> <li class="text-start ">The primary focus of this role will be on OTC Derivatives Middle Office operations, with responsibilities encompassing derivative trade capture, trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and position life-cycle events within the firm.</li> <li class="text-start ">Manage all aspects of OTC Derivative trade validation, maintenance, affirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.</li> <li class="text-start ">Validate, process, and settle all periodic events to ensure the integrity of the entire trade life cycle.</li> <li class="text-start ">Perform position and cash reconciliations.</li> <li class="text-start ">Perform trade affirmation in MarkitWire with counterparties to minimize risk.</li> <li class="text-start ">Monitor T+0 trade capture exceptions.</li> <li class="text-start ">Process corporate actions for APAC and EMEA regions.</li> </ul> <h4>Required Qualifications:</h4> <ul class=""> <li class="text-start ">5–7 years of experience in an OTC Middle/Back-Office role, covering trade processing, collateral, confirmations, settlements, cash, position, and trade reconciliations.</li> <li class="text-start ">Demonstrated proficiency across all types of OTC products, including equity swaps, credit default swaps, variance swaps, options, asset swaps, interest rate swaps, forwards, MBS, FX settlements.</li> <li class="text-start ">Proven ability to assess the impact of corporate actions on P&amp;L and start-of-day (SOD) processes.</li> <li class="text-start ">Demonstrated proficiency in all calculations required to support products within the applicable asset class coverage.</li> <li class="text-start ">Ability to establish and maintain strong organizational relationships that foster a productive and collaborative work environment.</li> <li class="text-start ">Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li> <li class="text-start ">Experience working on system and process improvements, as well as new business initiatives.</li> <li class="text-start ">Proficiency in relevant applications, including Excel, MarkitWire, CTM, Traiana, NYFIX, and Bloomberg, as required to excel in this role.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
