<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Site Management team has the overall responsibility for managing Infrastructure space, power, physical security and structured cabling across all Squarepoint’s data centers, offices, and colocations facilities. This team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish and enforce design standards, implementation strategies, techniques, runbooks, and procedural documents that govern the delivery of infrastructure projects globally, ensuring both consistency and quality. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role is essential to new construction, expansion, relocation and capital improvement projects requiring strong project management, IT network and server infrastructure knowledge, and a comprehension of mechanical and electrical engineering. Qualified candidates will be process-driven, critical thinkers and have the aptitude to work on large projects with many dependencies. </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with infrastructure stakeholders to develop, implement, and continuously improve standards and run books that are used in the design and commissioning of data centers, offices, and colocation facilities</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead/direct vendors via Scope of Work and Requests for Proposals/information documents</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage the fit out/build out of construction projects to ensure they are aligned with stakeholder requirements</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide capacity, inventory, and alert management; analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities for improvement </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Initiate and carry out projects that add capability, improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage IMACs in the data centers and colocation sites, and participate in scheduled power downs for all facilities </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Technology Engineering</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Understanding of basic power calculations on single and 3-phase circuits, electrical diagrams, control diagrams</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communication skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills</span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{}">Ability to travel globally </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have</strong><strong>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge of a scripting language (i.e. python)</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Electrical and mechanical engineering of systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS, ATS switches, PDU units, HVAC systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Record of accomplishment in problem solving, and project management</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><em><br>The minimum base salary for this role is $100,000 if located in New York. This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation. This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions. Successful candidates’ compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors</em></p>
