Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The position is based in Gurugram and involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies to drive business growth, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in cold calling campaign
- Experience in Inside sales or Field sales model
- Investment product sales experience
- Successful target achievement record in previous organisation
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
