Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Hyderabad. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and managing real estate properties. Your daily tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. You will also engage in networking and stay updated with real estate market trends to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property market dynamics
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation processes
• Experience in conducting client Training for real estate-related processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the real estate sector is a plus
