Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their requirements, promoting real property listings, and providing advice on market trends. Daily tasks include handling sales activities, negotiating deals, maintaining relationships with clients, and staying informed on industry developments. The role also involves providing training or support to clients when needed to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to actively close deals
• Excellent skills in Negotiation to finalize transactions effectively
• Capability to provide support and Training to clients and team members as needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and understand their specific requirements
• Proactive approach to staying informed about market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
