• Use pattern interrupt techniques including zoom cuts, B-roll layering, graphic overlays, and sound design to hold audience attention.
• Maintain organized project file structures and consistent export workflows across multiple platform formats and aspect ratios.
• Contribute to Squama Marketing's internal advertising and promotional content, building the agency's portfolio and marketing assets.
• Incorporate feedback from the broader team to shape content that supports client acquisition and conversion goals.

What You Bring

• Working knowledge of at least one professional editing application, including Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Demonstrated experience creating short-form content for social media platforms, with a portfolio or reel to show for it.
• Understanding of audience retention principles as they apply to digital marketing and advertising content.
