Job Description
We need experienced Food Operations Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations in corporate catering locations. The candidate will ensure smooth kitchen-to-service coordination, maintain food quality standards, supervise staff and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Supervise daily food service operations
2. Coordinate with kitchen team for production planning and service execution.
3. Manage and supervise service staff.
4.Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
5. Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
6. Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards as per SOP.
7. Conduct regular checks of dining/service areas.
8. Handle guest/client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
9. Collect service feedback and implement improvements.
10. Maintain daily service reports, attendance sheets, wastage reports, and incident logs.
11. Share daily/weekly operational updates with manager
Must criteria:
1. You must have 2 wheeler of own
2. You must be willing to travel daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
