Lead the retail operations at Sporting Life with a focus on excellence and team empowerment. This role, based in Woodbridge, Ontario, offers a hybrid work model and a dynamic environment. As the National Manager for Retail Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across Sporting Life's stores. Your responsibilities will include enhancing field communications, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring strong collaboration between various teams. The successful candidate will leverage extensive retail knowledge to enforce standards that contribute to overall operational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the national store communications program
- Manage communications between SSC and store teams
- Lead promotions and peak trading period execution
- Ensure SOPs are maintained and effective
- Foster relationships across various departments Requirements:
- Degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years retail leadership experience
- Strong operational, pricing, and promotions knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems
