Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to handle pressure and difficult customers
- Good listening skills and patience
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Email handling, etc.)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
