Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to handle pressure and difficult customers
  • Good listening skills and patience
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel, Email handling, etc.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
