Job Location: 𝗚𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, India (Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar)

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Post-qualification experience of more than 1 year preferred

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Ensure compliance with IFSCA Act, SEZ laws, Companies Act, 2013, and applicable rules, regulations, notifications, and guidelines
• Handle timely monthly, half-yearly, and annual regulatory compliances and filings
• Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation as required by law
• Draft, review, and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities
• Support implementation of compliance policies and procedures
• Liaise with auditors and assist in audit processes
• Stay updated with regulatory developments and ensure timely adoption
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Board
