Role and Responsibilities:

• Creation of customer documentation – Preparation of Manuals and Spare parts catalogues.
• Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product/ machine and the documentation requirements.
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
• Revise documents as new issues arise
• Standardize the content wherever required
• Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• General office administration – raising PO, Creating project codes, Stationary Maintenance

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Frame maker and MS Office.
• Good English communication skills (Both Verbal & Written).
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Attention to details
• Highly Organized
• Reliability, trustworthy & dependable.
• Self-starter with ability and willingness to work as a team with result driven approach
• A quick learner
