Psychologist/ Bahavioural Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist cum Behavioural Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health issues, behavioural problems, and emotional challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, behavioural therapy, and excellent communication skills.

Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Psychology & Counselling.
• Certification or licensure as a Behavioural Therapist.
• Experience in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals with autism.
• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Experience with electronic health records and documentation.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Relevant supervised clinical experience

Behavioural Therapist Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' behavioral and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and ABA
• Monitor and document clients' progress over time.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families.
• Teach coping strategies and social skills.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioural therapy

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
