Team Lead /Senior Team Lead Analyst (SQL+ETL+Data Warehousing)

Spectral Consultants is hiring for Team Lead (SQL , Python,ETL) for Hyderabad.

🔹 Experience: 6 to 10 years

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Mentor and guide team members on technical and best-practice aspects
• Work closely with client stakeholders using excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Continuously learn new domains and technologies with a growth mindset
• Maintain high attention to detail with a quality-focused approach
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client-reported incidents within defined SLAs

🧠 What You’ll Bring

Primary Skills:

• Professional IT experience, preferably working with operations teams
• Strong experience in ETL and Data Warehousing
• Proven experience of coaching / mentoring 5- 6 team members
• Expert-level SQL programming and experience with database tools (mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
