Role Description
We’re seeking a Quality Control Inspector who will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met by routine monitoring of receiving, production, and storage of products. The Quality Control Inspector will help ensure adherence to established safety standards, and manufacturing practices are used in production of STI products.
This position is based on-site at our Manufacturing and Warehouse Facility in Burlington, New Jersey.
The schedule for this role is Monday–Thursday, working 10‑hour shifts.
What You'll Do
- Inspect materials according to established procedures.
- Review and disposition customer returns. Repackage if necessary.
- Update inventory, where required, once evaluations/testing are complete.
- Perform sealant testing as needed for customer requirements or complaint resolution.
- Maintain QC Hold and Scrap areas for non-conforming materials.
- Maintain records, hard copy and electronic, as required.
- Assist in developing/writing QC procedures and work instructions.
- Assist in developing/writing Quality policies and procedures.
- Ship samples as required.
- Move/Retrieve materials in the warehouse with forklift, powered pallet jack, cart, etc.
Education
- Highschool Diploma
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge/familiarity with measurement instrumentation desirable, but not necessary.
Skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Required)

- Forklift, powered pallet jack (Forklift license a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
