As an Art Director - Visual Design (AI), your role will involve leading and executing visually compelling designs across digital and offline platforms. You should be deeply passionate about aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual storytelling to translate ideas into high-impact creatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts, mood boards, and design directions.
- Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives.
- Maintain consistency in design language across all touchpoints.
- Create high-quality designs for presentations and brand decks while ensuring they meet premium visual standards.
- Contribute to building and evolving brand identity by ensuring consistent use of color, typography, and layout systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative and 3D team.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of experience in visual design/graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design aesthetics and versatility.
- Experience in an agency, startup, or creative studio is preferred.
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma/Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus) and AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.).
- Key traits include a robust eye for detail and aesthetics, creative thinking with hands-on execution ability, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and good communication and collaboration skills.
