Senior Manager-Products (International Travel)

We are looking for a Senior Manager- Products (International Holidays). He/ She will be responsible for looking after Product Development of FIT/GIT of International Holidays. Preference will be given for person with experience in Group Series.

Location: New Delhi (Karol Bagh)

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Responsibilities

Sr. Manager- Product - Out Bound Tours (International Holidays) (FIT/GIT Bookings)

• Proactively plan, develop, own and manage tours through the product lifecycle while remaining in line with business timescales
• Negotiate contract rates and terms: hotels, DMC’s, cruise lines and special offers, while remaining in compliance with health and safety, and other relevant regulations
• Collaborate with Marketing/Sales department to define product marketing spend plan
• Write and maintain accuracy of appealing tour itinerary descriptions
• Collaborate closely with Marketing department for brochure and collateral production
• Manage tour pricing and set costs, by analyzing historic performance, market influences and budget requirements; define assumptions and propose selling prices
• Collaborate with Air department to set future air pricing, and identify the best commercial and tactical marketing opportunities for the supply of air
• Manage planned promotions, discounts and tactical activities
• Continuously develop recommendations and implement initiatives that improve product P&L
• Proactively design Long Haul Itineraries as per the market requirements.
• Explore/ Identify potential market segments & new frontiers.
• Training of sales force for implementation of promotional strategy, USPs etc.
• Review on effectiveness of strategies, tools etc.
