We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Locksmith to join our team, dedicated to ensuring the safety, security, and accessibility of our clients' properties. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of locking mechanisms, security systems, and access control devices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise and technical knowledge in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Your expertise will help safeguard assets and provide peace of mind to our clients through expert security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking devices
• Rekey locks, cut keys, and duplicate keys
• Diagnose and resolve lock and security system issues
• Install and service door hardware, closers, panic bars, and access control systems
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous locksmith experience preferred (2+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of residential and commercial lock systems
• Experience with access control systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
