What you'll do:
- Collect final track mixes, track lists and full credits from composers, artist managers and licensors
- Set up and execute commerce-focused email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with release strategies.
- Assist marketing team with audio and video campaign optimization using internal systems.
- Create and distribute audio e-cards to support marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain and update the Milan Records website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards.
- Support Sony Soundtracks VEVO and Milan Records YouTube channels, including playlist management, pinned comments and Community Tab publishing.
- Coordinate information for international marketing communications, ensuring WW teams receive necessary assets and information.
- Manage the creation and distribution of retail hyperlinks across physical and digital campaigns, coordinating as needed with the marketing team.
- Pull and deliver user generated content (UGC) audio links for the broader marketing team
- Manage safelisting/allowlisting for social media platforms, including setup and troubleshooting where required.
- Process monetization requests to support user-generated content initiatives.
- Set up and execute commerce-focused email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with release strategies.
