We are seeking a talented Endpoint Software Engineer to join our team in developing a cutting-edge cloud application in cybersecurity. As a key member of our engineering team, you will help create an innovative endpoint security solution. Our development environment is truly cross-platform, encompassing a wide range of technologies, including AWS cloud services, Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, Android, and iOS applications. Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, data-intensive, and high-performance web applications using Node.js and Vue3.js.
- Implement and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases using TypeScript, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, and designers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components, delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our applications.
Qualifications
- Solid computer science fundamentals in areas such as data structures, algorithms, TCP/IP network, and with emphasis on security.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, development, and DevOps concepts, including APIs, CI/CD, containers, and cloud basics.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, specifically vulnerability management, exposure management, and threat management.
- 5 years of experience in full-stack cloud app development, with a focus on Node.js and Vue3.js.
- 3 years of experience with database schema design.
- 3 years of experience with developing cloud apps using AWS services, such as ECS, EKS, MSK, S3, and Lambda Function.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and a deep understanding of JavaScript concepts.
- Experience with MongoDB and in-memory databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate lifecycle management, mTLS between services, JWT/OAuth2 token signing, and integration with cloud-native secret and certificate management tools (e.g., AWS Certificate Manager, AWS Secrets Manager).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
- Skills in Go, Python, C/C++, Java, Swift, React.js, or Objective-C are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistance.
