- Transportation Operation Executive - Job opening:* 1. *Role:* Manage day-to-day transport operations, fleet allocation & route planning. 2. *Dispatch:* Assign vehicles, schedule drivers, and plan trips for on-time delivery. 3. *Tracking:* Monitor live GPS, track delays, ensure TAT & update ETAs to clients. 4. *Documentation:* Verify & maintain LR, E-way bill, POD, challan & gate passes. 5. *Coordination:* Daily follow-up with transporters, drivers, warehouse & clients. 6. *Cost Control:* Track fuel, toll, detention charges & optimize transport costs. 7. *Compliance:* Ensure valid RTO permits, insurance, PUC & driver documents. 8. *Issue Handling:* Resolve breakdowns, accidents, route deviations & escalations. 9. *Reporting:* Prepare daily MIS, vehicle utilization, expense & KPI reports. 10. *Skills:* TMS software, Excel, communication, 2-4 yrs exp in logistics preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
