Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues, partnering with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot, maintain systems, and support end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier II technical support for desktops, mobile devices, printers, and site-specific hardware
- Deliver white-glove support for executive-level users
- Manage and track IT assets, coordinating purchases, warranties, and replacements
- Support cybersecurity initiatives (MFA, password management, endpoint security, user training)
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and assist with audits and incident response
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on server, network, and back-office systems
- Serve as Tier I support for business applications, ensuring proper documentation and escalation
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with antivirus/endpoint security tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Visual ability to work with computers and technical equipment
