Job Description
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Understand client business needs and objectives to provide tailored IT solutions.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Work to onboard new clients.
Project Management:
- Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to address any project-related issues.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop long-term strategic plans for key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Performance Management:
- Track and report on key account performance metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to improve client relationships and project outcomes.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior account managers and other team members.
