Job Description

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work to onboard new clients.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to address any project-related issues.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop long-term strategic plans for key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Performance Management:

  • Track and report on key account performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to improve client relationships and project outcomes.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior account managers and other team members.
