Sales Manager – PPE / Industrial Safety Products
Location: Gujarat
Salary: ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable)
We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Industrial Safety Products segment. The candidate should have strong experience in sales and business development of Safety Shoes, PPE Kits, Safety Helmets, Safety Gloves, and other industrial safety products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field visits and client meetings regularly
- Handle product presentations and demonstrations
- Manage inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Expand market presence across assigned territories in Gujarat
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support
- Track competitor activities and market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in PPE / Industrial Safety Products sales
- Experience in Safety Shoes, Helmets, Gloves, PPE products is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of dealer/distributor network in Gujarat
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Own two-wheeler/car preferred
