Job Description
As a Windows Server Admin (L2 / L3), your role will involve setting up the environment, configuration, and troubleshooting with levels of L2 and L3 knowledge. You will be responsible for managing enterprise IT infrastructure, providing L2 and L3 support for system operations, security, and user services across global projects and overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 and L3 system support on premise for Windows-based enterprise environments.
- Manage and administer Windows Active Directory (AD), including user, group, GPO, and security policies.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.
- Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and identity security controls.
- Perform Domain Controller (DC) server patching, OS updates, and security hardening.
- Ensure timely security updates, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot complex system, access, and authentication issues escalated from L1 teams.
- Support multiple projects with overseas clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and time-zone coordination.
- Monitor system health, logs, and alerts; proactively resolve potential issues.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for advanced troubleshooting and infrastructure improvements.
- Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Support audits, security reviews, and disaster recovery activities.
