Job Description
Marketing Specialist, AI-Native Content and Brand
Sonata Design - Orchestrator Division . Calgary, AB (Hybrid preferred, remote considered for the right candidate) Full-time
Orchestrator is a Calgary-based enterprise AI company. We design and deploy production AI systems for clients in energy, insurance, and construction, working across the Anthropic and Google ecosystems. We are growing fast, launching open-source tools, building strategic partnerships with the companies shaping the frontier of AI, and landing major enterprise clients across Western Canada and beyond.
We are small, founder-led, and moving quickly. If you want to help define how a serious AI company talks to the market, this is a good room to be in.
About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist who will own our content pipeline end to end. You will be the first dedicated marketing hire, which means you will be building the engine, not running a playbook someone else wrote. You will create, publish, measure, and iterate directly across every channel we care about.
This role is explicitly AI-native. Our content production runs on Veo, Sora, Seedance, nanobanana, Flux, Claude, Gemini, and whatever comes next. DEEP experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are a big plus. Experience with Hootsuite and Mailchimp are required. Understanding of SEO and the emerging field of AEO and GEO is a must. We expect you to treat these tools as your daily production environment, not as occasional shortcuts. If you are the person who already built a prompt library for your last brand, opened Veo on release day, and has opinions about which model carries voice best, we want to meet you.
What You Will Do
- Plan, produce, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and short-form video platforms on a consistent cadence
- Ghostwrite founder and technical-lead thought leadership that earns attention in enterprise AI circles
- Produce multimodal campaigns using generative AI tools across video, still image, and copy, coordinating asset sets rather than one-off posts
- Write case studies, client announcements, and partnership highlights that translate deeply technical work into stories enterprise buyers care about
- Design pitch decks, one-pagers, email campaigns, and sales collateral directly (you will not be briefing a designer, you will be the designer)
- Build automated posting, scheduling, and performance-tracking workflows, likely in n8n or similar
- Run A/B tests, read the data, and adjust creative and strategy based on what actually works
- Maintain brand consistency across website, social, sales materials, and partner co-marketing
- Collaborate with our internal agent systems where applicable (yes, parts of our marketing stack are themselves AI agents, you will work alongside them)
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on content or digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology
- Demonstrated fluency with current-generation generative AI tooling across video, image, and copy, with a portfolio that shows the actual output
- Strong writing. You can take a technical brief and produce a LinkedIn post that reads like a practitioner wrote it, not a marketing team
- Direct design capability in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. A working pitch deck in your portfolio is worth more than a list of tools
- Evidence of owning a channel and growing it, with numbers you can point to
- Comfort with marketing automation tools and analytics, and ideally some exposure to workflow automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make
- A self-starter operating style. You can set your own cadence, ship without a manager watching, and course-correct when the data tells you to
- A portfolio or public body of work we can actually look at
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or deep-tech products
- Video editing fluency (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Descript)
- Background in journalism, design, video production, or creator economy work
- Familiarity with the Western Canadian energy or construction sectors
- SEO and content analytics depth
- Light scripting or no-code build skills
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience and demonstrated portfolio strength
- Hybrid-first setup in Calgary with flexibility, or remote for the right candidate with willingness to travel for key sprints
- Direct access to founders and involvement in company strategy from day one
- The chance to shape a fast-growing AI company's brand from the ground up, with real budget and real reach
- A collaborative team that respects craft, ships fast, and uses the best tools available
How to Apply
Send your resume plus a portfolio, writing samples, or a link to your public body of work. In a short note, tell us what AI tools you are currently building with, what you have shipped recently using them, and why you want to help build the Orchestrator brand.
No portfolio, no application. The work is the evaluation.
Orchestrator is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
