Role Overview:
Sonar Conectar Media & Entertainment LLP, an experiential design company specializing in transforming spaces into engaging experiences, is seeking a driven and highly organized Assistant Manager Client Servicing & Events Ops to join their team. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for nurturing existing clientele and overseeing end-to-end event execution with a focus on meticulous planning and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain proactive relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, present solutions, and convert enquiries into projects.
- On-Site Event Execution & Operations: Oversee event delivery, manage on-site teams, coordinate with vendors, ensure safety compliance, and travel across India for projects.
- Financial & Budget Management: Manage project budgets, prepare financial reports, and track invoices for timely client payments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creative and Production teams to align event execution with brand goals.
- Process & Innovation: Communicate progress with management, stay updated on industry trends, and utilize modern technology, including AI tools, for workflow improvement.
- Team Leadership: Guide junior team members, oversee their tasks, and maintain a positive company culture.
Qualification Required:
- Experience: 35 years in Client Servicing & Event Operations / ATL & BTL Activities / Experiential Marketing.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree (MBA or Event Management diploma preferred).
- Attitude: Proactive, highly organized, solution-oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
