We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Operations & Maintenance Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day plant operations and resolve electrical, mechanical, and HVAC-related issues while effectively leading the team. The role requires strong technical knowledge, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle breakdowns under pressure to ensure uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations of plant and equipment.
• Handle electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems troubleshooting with minimal downtime.
• Lead and mentor technicians in maintenance activities and breakdown resolution.
• Perform and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Promptly diagnose and resolve faults in motors, panels, compressors, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and other utilities.
• Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems, control panels, and safety interlocks.
• Maintain HVAC systems, including temperature, humidity, and air quality control.
• Coordinate with the production team to avoid operational delays.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, downtime reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and SOPs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems (panels, wiring, motors, VFDs)
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, rotating equipment)
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, cooling towers)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
