Restaurant General Manager – Somersault & Dalcheeni | Raipur
We're looking for a hands-on, experienced General Manager to lead operations across two premium brands under one roof — Somersault, a premium indoor playzone, and Dalcheeni, a fine dining vegetarian restaurant specialising in Indian and multi-cuisine — spread across 11,000 sq ft at Currency Tower, VIP Road, Raipur.
The role covers:
- Day-to-day operations across both F&B and entertainment
- Team management, service standards, and guest experience
- Vendor coordination, inventory, and cost controls
- Revenue oversight and reporting to ownership
We're looking for someone who:
