Role Overview:
At Solventum, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Advisor (on Contract) to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, identifying, and engaging top-tier talent across various channels to build a robust candidate pipeline, interview scheduling, offer preparation, offer documents validation, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong relationship with business leaders, Hiring Managers, and other HR teams.
- Lead the design and execution of the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned openings across various business groups/functions and provide talent acquisition solutions to fulfill business needs efficiently and effectively.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas in anticipation of hiring needs.
- Execute highly effective interviews and selection leveraging various selection tools and improve the quality of hires through a strong and thorough interview process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting, and ensure recruiting process compliance.
- Critically evaluate recruiting data and metrics to derive insights and make informed decisions in recruitment strategy and plan to drive operational model and process efficiency, innovation, and quality.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in multinational tech organizations.
- Good understanding of the Technical talent market in India region.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience in both agency and corporate environments preferred.
- Operate as a strategic thought partner for the business, building strong relationships with your hiring teams and leverage your experience and influence to drive a best-in-class recruitment and candidate experience.
- Operate with a growth mindset challenging your own and others thinking to consistently evolve talent practices to achieve greater results. Leverage data to influence business thinking and support on talent decisions.
- Provide the best possible experience be it for candidates, employees, or managers.
- Proficiency in using Workday ATS, CRM tool, or other recruiting tools much preferred.
- Demonstrate characteristics such as creativity, ownership, and motivation.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across different stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
