We are looking for experienced solar installation subcontractor crews for ongoing residential solar projects across Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Install residential solar systems, primarily rooftop systems
• Complete installs safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Make sure all work meets code requirements and passes inspection
• Coordinate with project managers and inspectors as needed
• Maintain a clean, professional job site at all times

Requirements

• Proven residential solar installation experience
• Ability to complete installs that pass inspection
• Licensed and insured, as required by Pennsylvania regulations
• Must have your own crew and tools
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–6 person crew
• Experience working in high-volume install environments
• Ability to complete multiple installs per week
• Experience with different roof types and mounting systems
