Responsibilities
- Install residential solar systems, primarily rooftop systems
- Complete installs safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Make sure all work meets code requirements and passes inspection
- Coordinate with project managers and inspectors as needed
- Maintain a clean, professional job site at all times
Requirements
- Proven residential solar installation experience
- Ability to complete installs that pass inspection
- Licensed and insured, as required by Pennsylvania regulations
- Must have your own crew and tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–6 person crew
- Experience working in high-volume install environments
- Ability to complete multiple installs per week
- Experience with different roof types and mounting systems
