- Monitor, analyze, and communicate the potential impact of legislative and regulatory developments on Solidigm's business, including trade policy, export controls, national security reviews, supply chain policy, and semiconductor industry legislation such as the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) Act.
- Serve as Solidigm's primary liaison to industry associations including the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) and SEMI, representing Solidigm's interests in coalitions, working groups, and industry advocacy efforts.

- Lead Solidigm's engagement with Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) processes, serving as the primary point of coordination between Solidigm, SK hynix, legal counsel, and relevant government agencies on national security and foreign investment reviews.
- Support export control compliance frameworks in partnership with Legal and Finance, ensuring Solidigm's operations remain aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Solidigm's parent company SK hynix on international government relations matters, managing geopolitical considerations and ensuring alignment on cross-border policy issues.
- Develop and maintain a government relations calendar including congressional hearings, regulatory comment periods, industry association meetings, and key policy events relevant to Solidigm's business.
- Prepare executive briefings, policy position papers, testimony, and other materials to support leadership engagement with government stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA) and all applicable federal and state lobbying registration and reporting requirements, in close coordination with Legal counsel.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Juris Doctor (J.D.), or Master's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs; semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Established relationships with key federal government stakeholders including members of Congress, congressional staff, and executive branch agencies relevant to the technology and semiconductor sectors.
- Deep understanding of trade policy, export controls, supply chain legislation, and national security frameworks including Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) processes and the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) Act.
- Direct experience navigating Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) reviews, particularly in the context of foreign-owned or foreign-affiliated technology companies.
- Working knowledge of the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA) and federal and state lobbying registration and reporting obligations, with a commitment to full regulatory compliance.
