Job description

NAND array algorithm development and performance/reliability engineering

Job Purpose: Develop NAND array algorithms with a focus on performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve fab processes to meet target margins
Set device conditions for performance/reliability specs
Issue design change requests to achieve goals
Address issues found in testing and qualification
Create test flows to identify failures
Build physics models to analyze device behavior

BS in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred)
2+ years’ experience in NAND or reliability/product engineering
Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills

The compensation range for this role is $159,360 - $255,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Working Conditions: Full-time hybrid in San Jose CA; at least 3 days per week onsite.
