Job Summary - Solar Ace Energy is seeking a proactive and well-connected Liaisoning Executive to manage coordination with government departments, DISCOMs, local authorities, and regulatory bodies. The role is critical in ensuring timely approvals, permits, and compliance requirements for solar projects while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities -

• Coordinate with government departments, DISCOMs, municipal authorities, and other regulatory agencies for project approvals and documentation.
• Handle application submissions, follow-ups, and approval processes related to solar projects, including net metering and statutory clearances.
• Ensure timely acquisition of permits, licenses, NOCs, and regulatory approvals required for project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, correspondence, and compliance documents.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.·
• Monitor approval status and proactively address issues to prevent project delays.·
• Support project, operations, and management teams with regulatory guidance and process updates.
• Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and compliance requirements related to the renewable energy sector.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to regulatory timelines.
• Represent Solar Ace Energy during meetings with authorities and external agencies when required.

Qualifications & Experience·

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.· 1–5 years of experience in liaisoning, government coordination, regulatory affairs, or project approvals.·
• Prior experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Infrastructure, or EPC industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills·

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of government procedures and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.

Preferred Knowledge

• Familiarity with DISCOM processes, net metering approvals, and solar project documentation.
• Understanding of state-level regulatory requirements and renewable energy policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
