Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our in-house product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining our company-owned digital products. You will work across the full stack from designing user interfaces to developing backend systems, APIs, databases, and deployment workflows.
This is not a client service role. You will be directly working on our internal and commercial software products, contributing to long-term product growth, performance, and scalability.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end development, a product mindset, and the ability to take ownership of features from idea to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product and development team to build in-house software products
- Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable product features
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies
- Develop and maintain backend systems, APIs, and server-side logic
- Manage and optimize databases for performance and scalability
- Convert product requirements into clean and efficient technical solutions
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues
- Improve performance, security, and reliability of existing systems
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services when required
- Continuously enhance product quality and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js TypeScript
- Strong backend experience with Node.js / PHP
- Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integration
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Knowledge of scalable architecture and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a product-based environment with ownership mindset
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
