Job Opportunity: Counselor / Social Worker

Location: Parda Bagh, Delhi

Organisation: SPYM, Drug Treatment-cum-Rehabilitation Centre for Females

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Counselor/Social Worker to join our Drug Treatment-cum-Rehabilitation Centre for females in Parda Bagh, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support in providing individual and group counseling to the patients with substance use disorders

2. Support in conducting assessments, case documentation, and treatment planning

3. ⁠Support in family counseling and reintegration

4. ⁠Maintain records and reporting as per MSJE guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Social Work / Psychology / Counseling or any related field

2. Experience in de-addiction, mental health, or rehabilitation settings will be preferred

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
